FLAT-RATE

Virtuous Moving’s Flat-Rate prices usually refer to these types of services:

  • Long Distance (Starts at $1,999.00)

  • Office Moving

  • Junk Removal

  • Other jobs that require extensive time and man-power to execute.

Prices are calculated based on these factors:

  • Mileage (usually 100 miles or more)

  • Fuel/Travel Expenses (Size of Truck(s) needed for the job, tickets, tolls)

  • Materials (Protection during transit)

  • Size of the job (5 or more rooms, Large Offices)

  • Complexity (Do you have heavy or delicate items like an armoire, do you have stairs or elevators? Does it require a “long carry”?)

With our Flat-Rate pricing, you can be confident knowing that you will not be getting unexpected fees at the end of your move. All prices are guaranteed, unless you decide to add any item(s) not present on the inventory list. In this event, you will be required to sign another agreement, called the Change Order. Upon signing the agreement, you will be required to pay additional fees for those newly requested services. We will never use a Change Order if we (the movers) underestimated the cost of the job.
